Refund policy

At Ranger’s Furnishing Stores, we’re committed to providing quality furniture and flooring that’s built to last. Because many of our products are made to order, fitted, or sourced from third-party suppliers, our returns policy varies depending on the item you’ve purchased. Please read the following carefully.

Drop-Ship (Courier) Returns

If you've ordered an item that is delivered by courier directly from one of our suppliers (typically online-only), you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Unassembled

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not charge restocking or handling fees.


Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.

  • We will always aim to provide a replacement item first.
  • If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, we will issue a full refund.

For damaged courier-delivered items, we will arrange free collection of the faulty product.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Made-to-order furniture (custom sizes, fabrics, or finishes)
  • Fitted flooring (carpets, vinyls, LVT, etc.) once materials have been ordered
  • Any item that has been used, assembled, or is not in its original packaging
  • Orders that cannot be delivered due to access issues (it is your responsibility to check furniture will fit)

Cancellations – Made-to-Order Items

We regret that cancellations are not accepted once a made-to-order item has been placed with the manufacturer. Our suppliers often begin the process immediately, including ordering fabric and components, which are allocated specifically to your order.


Cancellations – Flooring Orders

If flooring materials have already been ordered, the customer is liable for their full cost. In some cases, if enough notice is given, we may be able to refund labour charges (fitting costs), but this will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and the item has been received and inspected (if applicable):

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

How to Request a Return

Please email info@rangersfunrishing.com or call 01252 715185 with your order number and reason for return. If the item is faulty or damaged, include clear photographs and a description of the issue.
